Update on splits challenge, week 1

I’ve been doing the daily stretching (go me!), and here’s how far down I can go now:


I’m doing okay – I’ve been thinking I need to stretch throughout the day as well, and not just at night before bed (which is when I’ve been doing it).

I found a couple of good links to help you get further to touching your toes as well:

I’ll also have to start incorporating stretches after I work out – yes, yes, I know, I SHOULD’VE BEEN DOING THAT ALREADY, BUT I’M ONLY HUMAN.
