You know what’s awesome about 30-day challenges?
They trick you into making commitments.
After my 30-day challenge back in November to work up to 50 push-ups, I kept doing push-ups. I didn’t keep it at 50, but I never stopped.
And man, I look GOOD.

Anyway, here’s my physical challenge for the month of April:
Doing the splits.
This is my current ability to do splits:
I’ve never, ever done the splits before. I haven’t touched my toes since 5th grade. I’m a little nervous for sure, and I don’t want to injure myself. I’m going to stay as safe as possible while trying to push myself. It’s going to be a challenge, especially figuring out the line between committing yourself and not injuring yourself.

So that’s my challenge for April: do the splits. Here goes nothing!
