Right now I’m in the middle of a 30-day push-up challenge. Today I did 25 and BOY, ARE MY ARMS TIRED.
I have to do 50 of these by the end of the month. My husband recommended I do sets but while doing sets is helpful, it only makes it harder.
I think what makes this especially challenging is that I can’t figure out my form! The article I got the challenge from calls it a “moving plank,” but I go more than 90 degrees on my elbows and suddenly I’m more cobra than plank.
I have faith that I can do 50, but it’s daunting.
Well, guess it’s time to get back to doing more push-ups.
